BPnet Veteran
I have a question
Ok, so most of you know that my male spider bp died in December. he had scale rot and became septic. The vet gave me antibiotics (baytrill), silver sulfadiazine cream (THERMAZENE), and some sort of a liquid that cleaned the areas infected (I cant remember the name), I was told to soak him in this, with water mixed in. But for some reason this didn't do the trick. I ust noticed that we have this stuff called, "Hospital Antiseptic Solution" (Povidone-Iodine 10%). Its from Longs, and says it works on burns, infections, skin lesions etc... Out of curiosity would this have been safe for him? And could it have saved him? Has anyone used this stuff before? Here is a link to the actual product.

Any help would be appreciated.
