    Spider characteristics

So, i got my first spider a few months ago and absolutely adore her! She is a great little snake with alot of character. I was wondering about what kind of 'spidey-characteristics' there are. I know spiders are a bit 'off' and i have noticed a few things which i'll share:
So, when i first got her she wouldn't eat. She wouldn't even look at anything much less put it in her mouth. I had to assist feed her after about 1 month (she is skinny and only 6 months old but the last owner didn't have ANY feeding charts for her and her sister was 3 times the size) and she seems to have gotten lazy and now only wants to be assist fed. As soon as she realizes it's food she curls up like a good python. Once, she got a little bit of my glove (leather glove just in case, she's little and her teeth aren't big but i don't want to freak out and hurt her by pulling back) and when she realized it was me she let go right away and then went back to the rat pup.
She does wobble... ALOT. To the point when i first got her it looked like she was star gazing. Now i have a Red Tail named Stargazer who did that until i realized he was watching the ceiling fan, lol. She wobbles but never falls over.
She twists like CRAZY! She'll do a complete 360 with her head, than keep coming forward making her whole body do a 360 turn. It's cool, but freaky because i'm not used to it.
Anyway, i was wondering if anyone else has noticed any characteristics they would be willing to share.
Of all the tyrannies a tyranny executed for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. for it may be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busibodies. For a robber baron's cruelty may cease; his cupidity may at some poitn be sadiated. But those who torment us for out own good do so without ceasing because they do so with the approval of their conscience. ~C.S. Lewis

    Re: Spider characteristics

I don't own any Spiders myself, but I found some reading material for you:

These are just a few to get you started. If you search on "wobble" or "spider" you'll be able to find a lot more info than what I've hilighted here.

    Good Luck.
