Hey everyone! I'm new to the forums so please excuse me if this issue has been discussed before. I have a 9 month old ball python that has had 2 incomplete sheds in a row. I feel like I have done everything right to facilitate a good shed (good heat, 75-80% humidity throughout entire shed process). The last shed left eye caps on and I was waiting for the next shed and hopefully they would come off--unfortunately didnt happen. I have soaked her numerous times and peeled off the majority of her shed. Right now, everything has shed except for her head. I bought some "Benson and Son snake oil" ,which was recommended by a breeder, and rubbed it all over the body and tried to peel her shed off by myself to no avail. Does anybody have safe tips to remove eye caps? The vets around here have given me nothing, so I'm looking for any tips from experienced caregivers.

thanks for your time
