Just some back ground on these 2 guys. Midori was my first chondro. Got him middle of last year. He has no history or info. He has never offered to bite and eats amazingly. He also turns blue when he's opaque. I couldn't ask for a more rounded snake. I've even let little kids hold him for short times.

Second is a Rico Walder PNG male crossed with a Biak female. He was born in 07 and is my most recent addition. He is also my first designer type snake. He has a blue tail which I'll have to snap some shots of later.

This is my first time shooting with a real camera in 2 years. All these pics were done with a 35mm (yep, film! people still use it) canon rebel.

Number 5 and 6 are amazing!

6 is my favorite. It captures the whole snake instead of almost missing the tail like 5. Now that I know how bright my flash is I'll have to figure out how to turn it off. I got this camera almost 3 years ago and only used it in Manual setting so unless I opened the flash it was always off. I think Portrait really does well.
