I'd say he's getting there, but doesn't look quite locked yet. Give him a little more time and I'm sure he'll get the job done. He definitely knows what he's doing....

'ridin dirty', i believe, is driving with contraband i.e. "cops tried to catch me ridin dirty". Maybe the op meant 'doing the nasty' ?
