Is thermoregulating question.
Does ballpython cages/tanks need heat lamp, belly heat for thermoregulation regardless of location.
I dont know, how many asian country hobbies are registered here.
so i live in a equatorial climate. we got a high rainfall, with humidity of 90-70% thru out the year. min temp of 23C and max of 35C.
i keep my balls in a non-air condition room. humidity in the room is around 70%. temp min of 25C and max of 31. (i took this readings for 7-days and posted the average). that's it, no heat lamp, heat wire, undertank heating.
in their tank, im using kitchen roll & newspaper as bedding. 1 hide & 1 water bowl. im using plastic containers.
is my husbandry ok? or do i need to improve on things.
so far, all my ballies, corns, kings n milks are shedding perfectly, shed are moist when i remove them, and the shed are kinda coil-up like a roll-in sock.
