    Cage Question

If I bought this cage http://www.reptilebasics.com/Mini-Cage-p-16232.html for a baby ball how long do you think it would be before I had to go to this size http://www.reptilebasics.com/2x3x14-Cage-p-16201.html? Just a rough idea would be fine.

    Re: Cage Question

It depends on the growth rate of the individual snake and the level of security of the individual snake.

I have ball pythons who went right into the 3x2x1 RBI cage when they were only a few months old. I also have some balls who, more than likely, will stay in their 32qt rack for their life.

I might guess, given an average growth rate and an average snake, maybe about 3/4 of a year?????
