Can I get my Ball Python Sick?

Hey everyone, ive been wondering for awhile now since i just got this cold a few days away, which i am completely clogged up and it sucks.....but i know this might sound silly but can i get my ball python sick? I mean i like to handle him everyday or every other but i dont want to get him sick...Ive already handled since feeling under the weather and im wondering if i should stop....

Your snake can't catch your cold. No worries.
