    My mma fights

Here are two of my first mma fights, I am in the red and black shorts in the first video, and the white shorts in the second video. These were over a year ago and I have improved alot since than. I have 9 fights total I will post some more asap, that are more recent.

    cool!

Just curious, what did you first start training for?

A younger cousin of mine(17 yo) is just about to start up at a muay thai gym after many years of karate(2nd degree black belt now?), I'm pretty sure he wants to do some kind of fighting at an amateur level eventually. He's not too tall, but he'd be a menace as a featherweight.

Seth petruzelli is a good fighter and a ufc veteran 11-4-0 is not a bad record

Yea Petruzelli is a pretty good fighter..no disrespect towards him...But in that first fight..Kimbo was getting wrecked by James Thompson...I swear that had to be the worst cauliflower ear in history. That match was not a good stoppage either imho...Thompson was still defending himself, something that couldn't be said about Kimbo when Thompson pounded his face for the entire second round.

You obviously know more about this than I do as the only martial arts of any kind I've done was like 4 years of karate as a child and worked on a heavy bag to try and stay in shape in the past year, so correct me if I'm wrong on the first paragraph

P.S. I was a huge fan of Kimbo's youtube fights until I saw the one with the Boston Policeman (Glennon) I think his name was. Kimbo & his cronies were complaining the entire fight.

a one armed hobo could beat Kimbo. the dude has no technique whatsoever. you'd never guess he's been training with Bas Rutten by watching his fights.

    Hey MDB,

I'm sorry for inadvertantly hijacking your thread. This was supposed to be about you and I made a snide remark about Kimbo, thus, seemingly turning it into a Kimbo thread. My sincere apologies...and X2 on the Bas comment!
