Odd Buldge on one of my normals

In the pictures below at the top middle of the segment (sorry about the blurriness) their is a buldge on my normal. I have been giving her shots for a respiratory infection and I beleive this may have just been one of the spots on her that just got irritated, but any advice or ideas would be great. Thanks.

Where, on the snake's body, is the bulge? Is it the same spot you've been giving her injections? Because it could just be bruising or puffiness from the injections. Depending on where the bump is, though, you may want to see a vet.
