    Striped Coastals ...and an IJ

Just about to feed these 07s. Snapped some pics. They're large enough, and old enough, that their pattern and coloration really stand out, they're great eaters, and they've mellowed quite a bit.

    Thanks for looking !!

Shea, very nice coastals bro! You definitely have one or two that would rival any tiger. Have you thought about pairing one of those up with a jag?

How are things going? You ready to pair up carpets for 09?! What do you have going?

I'm not sure any of these guys are big enough to pair up for 09. They'll have to wait their turn and get prepared for '10. I'm going to put the same pairing together that produced this clutch of stripes. I was planning on doing a jag x jag pairing this year, but if my male jag doesn't do the job, I'm going to put in my striped male - the one that produced this clutch - with my jag female. ...I'm going to throw in a jag with different female that produced a clutch of 07 stripes, so I hope I get some stripey jags from that pairing.

What are your plans for 09? What pairings are you looking forward to?
