    Many will, but not all.

    I think it's the Barkers that recommend not feeding female ball pythons after they ovulate in one of their books, but I could be wrong.

    Hi,

    I don't have the Barkers book yet but I know it says not to feed after ovulation in the Kevin McCurley book. The reason given is that she will be unlikely to eat and the rodent might cause stress.

    Barkers book actually talks about not feeding after the preovulation shed.....they believe that it could cause premature ovulation (e.g. slugs)

    Atleast if my memory is still what it use to be
