Okay i've had my pair breeding and i know the females have a shed before ovulation but for some reason the males in shed right now so does that mean that hes a she and shes a he which i can't imagine,but is there a slight chance hes just shedding.

Well chances are he is just sheding, but...have you had them properly sexed? Unless you have been breeding them a while this wouldn't be a pre-lay shed anyway.

this is my first time ive bred anything so i dont know whats going and for being ms sexed it might of happened we'll see i guess

Maybe its just his time I have had a male shed while breeding. Have you popped him and her or are you taking someone word for it. Unless its a breeder that you know or know you can trust always sex your snakes.

I had the male sexed cause i got him because i found him in my neighbors back yard about 5 or 6 years ago and i got the female from a the same petstore i had him sexed at and the same day so i guess it could be backwards

Sounds like your jumping the gun on a regular old shed.

It takes months and months of pairing before you even see an ovulation. You will see several sheds before she lays eggs.

Jim Tracy over at pet kingdon is good if he said the snake was a boy it is and no jerr its not i couldnt pass up 250 for him he will breed this coming year
