Final new snake!!

Yes, this is the last snake to be added to the collection here. Only through breeding or trading will anything new come in. I signed a contract.

Got her today at the RMRE. 2.5 year old, 530g Lavender female corn. Her name (unless Ari thinks of something better) is Aphrodite.






Sorry I couldn't get better pictures, but I didn't want to keep her out too long. She has the prettiest peach face and the sweetest personality!

My other corns are a Ghost male, Florescent Amel male, Anery female, CandyCane female, and Bubblegum Snow female. I intend to pair this girl with my Ghost male this spring if they both seem up to it.

Very very very pretty corn you have there!!

But I'm gonna predict that in 6 months or so you're gonna fall in love with another snake and try and figure out how you can fit it into your collection. That has happened to me every time I get a new snake which is "the last one". It's addictive, seriously!

Thank you, everyone, for the great comments! Even my BF (who thinks I traded a door prize snake for her and thus didn't really pay much) likes her looks and sweetness.

And believe me... I know all about how addictive it is. I started out saying I only wanted two: a BP and a corn. Then, I was given my pastel male as a rescue and started thinking about breeding for the morphs I really want but can never afford. Since breeding corns seemed to look easier than BPs, I decided to start with them and sought out some female corns that could make some nice morphs. That, of course, led to getting a pair of Het Albino BPs, which led to my getting a rep as a snake lady and the rescuing of another BP.

Now I have 8 BPs and 6 corns, and my BF decided he wanted a snake for his own and we got the MBK.

However, this pretty girl IS my last snake. Unless I breed the ones I have or trade out an existing snake for a new one (if I find a female Butter corn, I'm trading my female Anery for her), I CANNOT add any other animals to this household. We even drew up and signed a contract to that effect.
The main reason, other than my BF kicking me out, is a total lack of space. Even with the plans for another rack and a cage system for the corns, this apartment is just too small for any other animals.

Ok, rant over. I just felt that I should explain things. Sorry it was so long.
