    We have an escapee!

So I come home to find my favorite mouse gone... Great.... So what do I do? I guess I could trap her but I like her and I don't want blood all over my carpet. I think I have a no kill mousetrap somewhere...Any Ideas what to use for bait?

peanut butter worked great for rats in our snap traps.

you could always try a variety of things too.

Get a BIG bowl and put some peanut butter in the bottom. Place a couple of books to help the mouse get in, but then they cant get out. Works great! trust me

You need more like a deep bucket , otherwise they'll jump out

    Re: We have an escapee!

The bowl did the trick... well sort of.. When I turned on my light I saw her jump out of the bowl. She ran but I finally got her. I guess she overheard my boyfriend and I talking about feeding all my mice off and switch to breeding ASF's... oh well at least I found her. She is happily running on her wheel with 3 of her little friends!
