    scale problem

hi, im new here, i have a male nearly 2 years old normal royal.

i noticed earlier when i was handling him a couple of his belly scales had a slight discolouring at the edges.

This isnt on many scales. about 3.

I noticed that there appeared to be a little bit of retained shed.

He hasnt shed in about 3 months, hes currently fasting.

I must admit since i owned him he hasnt ever shed well. i tried all sorts of different techniques and stuff however he has a habit of getting the shed off his head then giving up!

Any ideas if this slight discolouration could be just from a couple of scales left on him or something more sinister?

i would post pics but as its sooooooo teeny it wont show. its prob only about 1mm if that
