I'm so confused

Hi, my friend had 2 corns, but he's moving to virginia in about a month. So he sold one to the pet store because it was mean and gave the other one to me along with it's 20L tank. The problem is, I already have a corn snake, and I'm not sure I want another one. Help me please!

If you don't want it, why not just have your friend give it to the pet store along with the other one?

friend's shouldn't just assume that you want another snake. Did he ask you if you wanted it? If you don't want it, tell him, and he can sell it or find another home for it. Don't feel bad about it, nobody should expect you to take responsibility for a living animal unless you decide to do so.

If you don't want another one, help your friend put it up for adoption or sale. Don't keep it unless you really want it, neither you nor the snake will be happy.
