    New to the Python world

Hi, I just wanted to jump in, I just adopted a ball python, unknown age, or sex, more likely male, but who knows. There person that I got him from got him at petco.() because they looked sick. He looks great now...but before i did a week of looking at websites and care sheets...and look for as much as I could where ever I could. The day that I picked him up he had eaten.

Now my question is: how long before he has a bowl movement. I have had him for 3 total days...I was told they will only do that when they eat...but how long after they do that go?

I live in a podunk town in montana and they are really not reptile vets around so i want to make sure everything is perfect so I dont have a vet bill!!

    Thanks in advance!

    First of all

Like Snakecharmer said all BP's are different - it could be next week or next month or longer. I have 2 BP's that poop weekly (3 days after a meal) like clockwork and a 3rd BP that has bowel movements more sporadically All depends on the snake
