Big difference in the base morph and their respective combos. Here is a side by side (or top to bottom)

    Mojave

    Lesser

What you should be asking is whats the reall differance between lessers and butters.

Can you show us the ones you have been looking at? The only lessers that look like mojaves are UGLY and the only mojaves that look like lessers are fresh out of the egg and super reduced, and could maybe pass as ugly lessers before it starts to shed.

Come here little guy. You're awfully cute and fluffy but unfortunately for you, you're made of meat

That is a whole 'nother subject altogether! Most won't be fooled by Mojave/Lesser, but Lesser/Butter is harder, especially considering that most believe that they are essentially the same thing.

    Butter

so the lesser is a super form of mojave or a different morph alltogether? This is my mojave.

Completely different morphs. They're both "base morphs" and one does not make the other. They may be closely related, as the super form of both creates white snakes, and (as I understand it) you can also get a white snake by breeding a mojave and lesser together.....but they do have differences that are easily seen by those who know what they are looking for.

blue eyed lucy is the super form of lesser, butter, and mojave. although they are all compatible with each other and from any of the pairing you'll get the blue eye. diffrent genetics.

and IMO the butters have more blushing and a lighter back round color then the lessers. but thats just from me seeing them at reptile shows and not actually owning one
