i dont know what to do
recently i switch to prekilled rats in tank from live in a separate tub i had 2 week of him eating and today and last week no luck.i dont know what i should do if he doesnt eat tonite.should i try going back to the old way or just try again last week .all temps are fine hes more concerned about gettin out his tank then eating

dont lose your patience. sometimes it takes a while to switch from live. I switched mine from live to f/t, female took right away, male took him 2 months. if you go back to live then it will just take that much longer to get him to eat pre killed or f/t. unless he doesnt eat in a few months then i would feed him live again.

ok its still early so he might eat it but its wierd the first 2 times i prekilled he ate with no problem

am i reading this right.. you used to feed in a seperate tub and now your trying to feed in his tank?
if this is the case feed him live in his tank for a few weeks then try frozen. your changing everything about the way he eats at once. do it in steps. no need to feed out of his tank anyway.
