giving Bearded Dragons spinach
Is it acceptable to give Bearded Dragons spinach in small quantites? I have that mix bag of stuff i use for my tortoises but it has spinach in it and wanted to use it for my adolecent dragons, as well.

I wouldn't. Only because it affects how their bodies are able to absorb calcium. I actually bought some for my beardie before I found that out, I never gave him any - I just threw it away. I wouldn't want to take that risk if it may make him ill or hinder his ability to absorb the nutrients that he needs to stay healthy.
Someone please correct me if I am wrong

post above is totally true but in small amounts it is totally ok and will not effect them but only a little once a month or in a mix is fine

Awesome, thanks guys! I was worried if i gave them a mix with some in it it could hurt them in the long run.

Lena nailed it. No spinach for beardies, but you can feed kale, collard greens, mustard greens, romaine, dandelion greens, etc...
