FS: 2.3 '08 "Not so Normals" -DUW!!

I have 2.3 “Normals” available from a Mojave x “Normal” clutch.

    BACKGROUND INFO:

AdultNormF4 (the mom of this clutch) was imported in 2002 as a baby. Sean Niland of VMS Herp picked her up, along with another hatchling female. I purchased both females as large proven breeder females from Sean in June 2007 (they are both 2500+g).

For the 2007-2008 Season, AdultNormF4 was bred to a Mojave male owned by Jim Heyl of Over the Hill Reptiles. On 6/11/08, she laid 7 eggs. The clutch hatched on day 58 (8/8/08). The result: 0.1 Mojave and 2.3 "Normals" (and 1 egg that ended up going bad during the last week of incubation).

AdultNormF4 has a very reduced pattern, and also has some white scale oulining her side pattern. Here's a couple pictures of AdultNormF4:
    June 2007:

    Today (In Shed):

    Belly Shot from today:

Since this was a breeding loan, we agreed that I'd get the 2.3 "Normals" and he'd get the Mojave female. Here's a picture of the female Mojave I took when I was picking up the hatchlings:

There might be something genetic going on here. All of the "Normals" have the following traits to some degree:

    1. Long areas of unbroken striping on the right side of their neck (their side pattern is connected for a while).
    2. All have white outlining of their “alien head” side patterns (even more than NF4 does).
    3. All seem to be granites
    4. All have a bright orange line between their “normal color” and their “granite pattern”.
    5. All have a great feeding response, just like mom. Also, some seem have a larger head, so it looks like they might grow up be large, like their mom.

I'd be keeping back one or two of them, but I need the money to fund other projects (plus I have NF4 if I want to try and produce more of these this season.

    FOR SALE:
I am asking $50 for females, and $40 for males. Contact me for a group rate if you are interested in the whole group. Those prices don't include shipping. These will be shipped FedEx Priority Overnight via Reptster. I will only ship them after have had their third meal (most have or will have it tomorrow (9/9).

If you are intersted, please send me an e-mail: eric@geckoglobe.com or send a PM. Thanks!

Finally! Here are the "Not so Normals" that are for sale:

All pictures were taken Saturday (9/6/08). All hatchlings are currently feeding on Live Hopper Mice unless otherwise stated.

08-NF1: She will be eating her third meal tomorrow (9/9) and is currently feeding on appropriately sized live rats.

08-NF2: She will be eating her third meal tomorrow (9/9).

08-NF3: She will be eating her second meal tomorrow (9/9).

08-NM1: Will be able to be shipped after his third meal. He's the only one who has yet to eat for me.

08-NM2: Can ship anytime. He ate his third meal last Wednesday. He has little "dimples" (a tan dot on each side of his mouth above his heat pits).

If you would like additional pictures of any of the babies, or any additional info., please let me know.

Thank you so much for spending the time to read this.
