    First Clutch

    got us given a wild type female to put to some males , we actually never did use her , just as well cos she became gravid , lol . owner thinks she must have retained . either way we all happy with the outcome . nice wee surprise eh

    Laid five good sized eggs , we incubated them , we cut them on day 60 five healthy wild types . gave three back to owner of female when she was returned , we got to keep two , our choice first . one going away to new home ..this is the one we kept back . still to be sexed ( it was not having anyone pop her/him at that time lol )

    weighed in at 70 g as well , wee porky thing , lol going into first shed







    just about to go into shed . we cant wait fo this season to start , got a shed load we wanna try out lol

    Congrats on getting off to a great start and I hope you have many more happy events still to come.

    My clutch is still only at day 24.

    I think nature has me planned as santa python this year.

    How many more clutches are you expecting?

    7 adult Royals (2.5), 1.0 COS Pastel, 1.0 Enchi, 1.1 Lesser platty Royal python, 1.1 Black pastel Royal python, 0.1 Blue eyed leucistic ( Super lesser), 0.1 Piebald Royal python, 1.0 Sinaloan milk snake 1.0 crested gecko and 1 bad case of ETS. no wife, no surprise.

    How many more clutches are you expecting?
    None !! lol this was a happy accident , dam already being gravid before she came to us .

    the season 08 - 09 is the one we have been gearing up to ( so the accident was a good grounding ) ...possible crosses this year should hopefully include ...

    Bumblebee
    Pastel
    Spider
    Black Pastel
    Super Cinnamon
    Albino
    Mojaves ( female and male should be ready )
    Genetic Stripe
    Normals

    and possibly , just possibly a male YB ( undecided on that yet )

    RoyalGems is coming of age , lol

    good luck with your own eggs mate .

    BTW we really should meet up , lol

    I have heard (not sure if true tho !! ) that eggs have hatched with morphs that were used in the season before ?
