JCP Squeeks

Ok so today when i took my JCP out i noticed something I haven't noticed before.
When he was close up by my ear I could hear something like a squeeking sound. It wasn't every time he breathed, maybe once every minute or two. Is this the beginning or a respiratory infection?
I hope not...
Besides this sound there is nothing else that I have noticed.

Can someone let me know if this is the beginning of an respiratory infection?
