Reptile Breeder Licence - How to get one?

I'm writing this because a friend asked me how to get a reptile breeder's licence, and I can't find anything by searching yahoo. Everything that pops up is either the website of a breeder or a site telling you not to breed dogs without a licence because then you'll be an evil puppy mill. (note: I DO NOT support puppy mills.)

In any case, I haven't been able to find out anything about how to get a breeder's licence for reptiles (specifically in florida) and figured that this is the best place to go for answers.

How did you get your breeder's licence? Is there any paperwork you need? Documents? Fees? Where do you go to file or ask for one?

Yup, for Florida go to the fish and game site. You have to apply for a Class III, for Exhibition
or Public Sale
