    Bugs in bedding?

I was examining my male pastel and found TINY bugs crawling on him.... not the trademark black/red snake mites I've read about... these are white or very light tan, very very small (pinhead small). Anybody have problems with these?

Anyone have any ideas on what they are? I assume they're not harmful to the snakes, but I'm sure Provent A Mite would take care of these as well, I'll have to order a can....

    Nope.

I've heard some say they actually eat the other kind of mite. Don't quote me though...

Do they jump around like fleas? I get some of those in my bedding in the summertime and PAM doesn't seem to kill them. I'm with you! The thought of bugs in my room makes me feel funny.

Aphids. No need to worry but they are still little nasty bugs in the enclosure so good call getting rid of em!
