wrote a webpage this weekend looking for input!
Well I got bored this weekend and finally got motivated to build a website. I am web design novice but I am no stranger to programming so I pick things up fast.
If you do have an older browser and everything seems OK please let me know. I have tested it with browsershots and it seems to work with most browsers, you do need flash 8 and javascript turned on or you get basic looking fonts. www.pythonevolution.com
Thanks for looking!!

Thanks!!!! Its going to be more of a personal blog than anything because I am not planning to sell many animals..
I should mention that it does not work well on mobile browsers.

Due to the flash navigation, of course. Mobile phones aren't too flash friendly, which sucks
Any particular reason for the flash based menu as opposed to CSS roll overs?

Thanks for the link! Basically I have not written a website in 5+ years and this is the first thing I figured out how to do! The fonts are actually flash movies using sIFR to save bandwidth but some people have pointed out that nobody cares about bandwidth anymore.. I am definatly open to re-designing the entire page.
I am working with Adobe Master Collection CS3 so I have no shortage of tools to play with but the hardest part is not knowing the software at all. This page will do what I want until I gain enough knowledge to make it better! I always wanted to get into web design so I thought I would take the leap and learn on my own site.

Looks good to me. I like the font and the size that you choose use in the webpage. Congrats on the breeding also.
