    please help with shedding

My ball python is going through her second shed with me and once again its not going that well the temps are right and the humidity is 60%, Should I increase the humidity and if so to what? I will be soaking her to get the rest of the skin off of her but what could I do to prevent this from happening in the future

    Re: please help with shedding

Well... first off, humidity during a shed should always be bumped up to 70%. 60 is the high end of daily humidity and is too low for a shed.
To do this, you can make a 'moist hide' out of a plastic container with a hole in the lid and a layer of damp moss inside.

Also, placing a damp paper towel over part of the ventilation spots can help with shed humidity boosts.
