    Talking my mom is getting closer!!!!!!!!

    Look guys my mom is almost halfway there.im getting so excited.i need some realy great things about bps.if i get one i will post pics on the first week.

    Make sure the both of you read the care sheet stickied on this forum. It's invaluable information you won't find inside a lot of petstores.

    Congrats!! I used to have the same problems with my parents... thats all gone now... my dad loves my ball python! He doesn't like the corns. My mom just doesn't care...she just holds her every once and awhile. They will warm up to it. Make sure you do all your chores and pay for everything. And also do your research.

    With some parents it is difficult isn't it. Both of my parents have Ophidiophobia to some degree. I told my father I wanted a BP and told him it would stay in my room and that they wouldn't even know I had it. Ever since I got it hes been incredibly curious about the snake, always asking questions or peeking into its tank. It just takes time and talking good luck with your mom! If my phobic father can handle a snake, I'm sure anyone can.
