to build or buy a rack

Should i just build my racks or should i just by some reptile basics sweater box racks that will last alot longer than melamine. My reason for asking is because i have 1500 dollars to spend and am not sure to get more snakes with the money i save on making my own racks or just get quality racks and fewer snakes.

well i built my rack for 80 bucks plus heat and thermostat. so around 180 bucks with a johnson controls thermostat. leaving you about 1300 to buy a few snakes with. I built a 10 slot rack with 4 41 quart tubs and 6 32 qt tubs. giving you plenty of room for new snakes.

that math sounds good to me or you can just build your rack and send 1300 my way
