    Pied corn

Last year at daytona I found a guy that had pied corns. I figured I would hear about them on the web in no time. I have since heard nothing. Has anyone else seen or heard about them? the guy was super cool, had a adult and babies for sale.

    Re: Pied corn

do you remember the name of the breeder? I do know of pied-sided bloodred corns and only a handful of people have them, and they are expensive. I do know that there was a pied corn, but from what I remember reading (was a while back), it was not genetic or known if it was genetic. Of course I could be behind on this and somebody has managed to actually produce pied corns, which would be awesome. Did you happen to take pictures? It would be great to see.

    Re: Pied corn

Rainwater reptiles had them on his price list about 8-10 years ago. I believe they were $6000-$8000 ea.

Not sure what happened to them when he stopped his herp company to join to the real estate business.

They were really cool corns, expecially for the time.

Yeah, so far they've only showed up in bloodreds. As far as I know it hasn't been determined if its a trait that can be separated from bloodred.

It's also only a 'side pattern pied' with the white on the side.
