Is it ok for egg boxes in the last week or so to get over 90 degrees, or do you turn the whole incubator down to compensate for the hottest egg box? I have four clutches in my incubator right now, and the clutch that is going to hatch this week is obviously generating more heat than the others. I've been turning down the thermostat to keep the hottest box at 89-90, but I want to know if it is safe to leave the thermostat at 89 and let the older eggs get up over 90 in the last week.
