question about pastels

So i was wondering, I have two pastels, one graziani line, and one i dont know line( picked here up at the pet store.) and they both have green eyes with slits in them(sorta like cats eyes.). I have seen some pastels with black eyes though, and i thought all pastels had these "different" looking eyes. Clarification?

U sure the black eyed snakes eyes werent just dialated. I have never seen a black eyed ball except a black eyed lucy. Many appear to have black eyes bbut when put under light they are a slight grayish green. And to my knowledge all Pastels have the green eyes. Well atleast a partial green eye.
