Update on last 3 spiders (Graphic pics)

Tonight when I went in to check on them I could smell something wasn't normal.

So we decided to remove them from the eggs. Two were extremely deformed and kinked. One of those didn't even seem to have formed a head

The third one looked to be kinked at the end of its tail. Other then that it was hands down one of the best looking spiders I've seen. (besides Baba G of course).

Here are a few shots of what I found.

OMG, they are spectacular looking, besides the obvious.

that is really terrible. Any thoughts as to why?

One almost looks axanthic spider like.

Well considering the other four hatched with no problems at all, and these three had never really came out to start to breathe air I am going to chuck it up to nature. I really think at this point it was beyond my control. Even if I had removed them yesterday when I saw movement I would have still ended up with kinked and deformed hatchlings.

I am just thankful for the four healthy ones that made it.

    No.

I ended up with three normals, and one awesome spider.

I agree. Very sorry Susan. At least you know you have a breeder that produces some of the best looking spiders around.
What are these mojavas I keep hearing so much about?

    Thanks Jake

For one second it was almost too much for me to handle, but after taking them out of the eggs I feel I would NOT and could NOT have done anything differently or better for them to have suvirved.

Having the others hatch was a awesome feeling, and these things happen, its a part of life. I am not going to give up!
