Quarantine for hatchlings? Eggs in quarantine?

I have 2 females in quarantine that have ovulated! I wasn't expecting any eggs from these girls at all considering they were just purchased.

My main question is can pathogens etc be passed from mom to egg? Should I quarantine all the hatchlings?

    Thanks!

Good question! I'll be watching to see what the experts say because now that you brought it up, I'm curious.

I've read that some parasites can be passed from mom to baby, because sometimes CH babies have parasites. I couldn't personally say for sure if this is true.
