I know I know...I JUST posted near identical pics of this, but these are from this evening...and I love when she does this! I can picture these guys sittin in the canopy of a tree and snatching birds out of mid-fight...or the occasional flying rat

I KNOW the feeling

Yeah, that is cool when they feed like that, you just have to make sure you have long tongs. Mine are about 18 inches long, and I have still had two different adult carpets shoot past the rat and bite me instead. Both were large carpets, and both were very bloody bites! But, unfortunately, no cool scars

That's true...I make sure to stand well aside when she is going for it...the cage door also act as a shield...
