    Silver foggy eyes

I just got my ball python. It's eating fine. I haven't seen it sched. But the eyes seem to be a foggy silver color now. Does this mean it's going to sched? or is it sick? It's eating and being held fine. Skin loads nice and skinny too.

Remember not to handle for 48 hours after feeding.

You may wish to review this link on the shed process:

Because it just ate something one tenth its body weight. Would you want some giant tossing you around in its hands after you ate 18 lbs of food in one sitting? Just leave him alone.

Ok. I got it. With it's eyes foggy and silver typed color. I shouldn't handle him until he sheds, huh?

So that your snake can digest in peace and not possibly regurgitate its food.

well his eyes were black, but now are silver and foggy. How long until he is done shedding? I can hold him still, but he seems happy.

    Re: Silver foggy eyes

Ok so from the link you gave me. It's about the 5 or 6 day for my snake. Thanks for the helpful information. Mine eat 2 days after I got him home, and was in the first stage of shedding. Is this common or do i have a super friendly snake?
