    Dumerils Boas and coloring

How often do they have purple backs?

I can get one tomorrow at the Kansas City show, but dont know much about them and their color patterns. They are only a day old or so.

They have nice purple coloring on their backs, will they lose this coloring as they age?

If they do i might just stick to trading a nice BP I got today for a RTB.

Never mind, got my colors mixed up.

The father of the snakes was a bright pink, and the babies were orange.

Guess I figured pink is closer to purple then orange is to pink.
