feedback on png_lovebirds
so for any of you who read my posts to make a very long story a little shorter I bought a pair of 100% het pieds form png_lovebirds I bought them for 400.00 plus shipping and a trade og a green bottle blue trantula which I also paid to have shiped to them so basically I paid 600.00 ish for them. well I sent my trantula first and gave them an extra baby trantula for free as good will. I then paid for the animals with paypal on 6/20/08 about one week after we began talking. seller did state that the female was sometime a difficult feeder and was not super friendly but I was totally ok with that. the day I recieved them I pmed her and asked if she ever had any problems with the males mouth I recieved no responce back ( at that time I did not think it was anything) the next day was my normal feeding day so I wne to check on everyone and found the male bubbling and popping while breathing I pmed again ASAP and went to the vet I wond up getting ahold of rebbeca( png_lovebirds name) and she said she was so sorry had no idea ( am not sure how) he wqas sick and she felt really bad but I could either send both snakes back or pay the vet bill. I said he was to sick to ship and paying the vet bill was fine so she paypaled 150.00 at that time was the vet cost for all the shots and vet visit ect. three days later he was sicker went back to the vet and I was told he was bloated and very ill he got another shot of batril and I was told to go to a snake only specialist so I text the seller just to tell her what was going on at this point I was not planing to ask for money untill I recieved a rude emial back saying send me the snakes I am not dealing with you or paying you anymore money.... so I got mad called and she refused to talk to me ( I was still being very nice about the situation) But she made me ( a woman) talk to her husban who knew nothing of our transations or the snakes . I believe she thought he would scare me into sending them back. They wanted me to send the snakes back together the sick one with the healthy one in the same package and they would send me the money back I explained that I could not in my heart send a snake that ill that would most likely die in shipping back to them plus they where not going to credit me untill they got them so I dout I would have recieved my money back. so I had to argue with this guy for 40 minutes about the fact that no matter how much he talked to me I was not going to ship a ill snake across the USA. so they hung up and text me an hour later and credited me another 150.00 but I had to text them back with an agreement that I would never contact them again
wow it seems so sad I also found out they had only had the snakes for 1 month themselfs
as for the snake his name is TITON and he has been to the second specialist and he has pheumonia ulcears in the mouth and bloated gas in intestine so he is on de worming and ever two days is getting a shot for two weeks ya this is a sncke that would survive shipping
oh ya when I told him he would not survive shipping he told me oh well we will deal with that when it happens what animals lovers
