She is gorgeous, glad to see your patience has finally paid of and that she is eating on her own now.

I hate to be the downer here, but her abdomen looks extremely distended and lumpy... any idea what that's all about?

    Re: Update on Destiny

What did you do that did the trick?
My snake is a similar size and age to yours (which is too small for it's age.. about 110g when it's and 7/6/7 hatchling. D:

Thank you, maybe your information could help mine eat.
I'm going to try to assist feed him as soon as I get some smaller babies from my ASFs. I've only attempted to assist feed once and I think it was too big for him with assist feeding.

    Re: Update on Destiny

I read that last thread all the way through and this one... yet no info on what actually worked to get her feeding...

Sounds like you got some great advice and have alot of people invested in that snake... maybe pay it forward?

So that others that are in a similar situation can learn something.

    Re: Update on Destiny

Good that she's eating, but she doesn't look healthy to me. She's very edematous(fluid filled). Is she passing waste normally? She just looks very distended and abnormal.
