Anyone use Panacur to deworm their own animals?

Does anyone have experience deworming their baby balls with panacur? My ch08 weighing in at about 90 grams was just diagnosed with pinworms (she is eating well, and seems healthy but a stool sample tested positive). The vet clinic said deworming is optional, and if she seems healthy it is not necessary, but obviously I want to get rid of the parasites before there IS a problem.

I have read Panacur has a low toxicity, and having dewormed puppies and such I wondered if anyone here can give directions on how to deworm her (strength of solution, how to dilute it as necessary for the proper dose, how to administer etc…)

I know the vet will probably charge me $130+ for the vet visit and the follow-up, and if I can just as easily do this myself it would save money as well as save my BP from the stress of being dragged into the vet clinic.
