    problem please help?

    I wish i could take some pictures but i do not have a camera. my ball python has this white thing on the back of its eye. Its covering its eye very lil. Pure white on the back of its eye. one eye only. dous an y one have a clue what this could be. And it dous not look like dead skin. please let me know.

    it's hard to hazard a guess from your description. I don't think we'll be able to help much without a picture.

    I'm betting on a small amount of retained shed, like the back side of the ring around the eyecap.

    Hi,

    Did you check his last shed to make sure both eyecaps had come off?

    But I agree without a picture it's probably going to be impossible to be sure what it is.

    Does it look like a white ring (or semi-circle) and is it visible all the time or does it disapear when he moves his eye?

    IT is visible all the time and the people i got this snake from said he was about 3 years old

    It could be a scar, a retained shed or dehydrated eye, hard to say without a pic. Most likely retained eyecap, happens alot with animals that dont get correct humidity.
