    Freakin Mites Grrrr

    well found a few more mites on boosie today... so i tok him outta his cage and put him in a tubberwear container and sprayed him with this mite spray i bought at the pet store.. let him soak in that... then i got hi cage and dumped all the substrate.. and soaked everything in his cage including the cage in hot water and bleach then air dried it and sprayed it with hot water and rinsed then sprayed it with themite spray..... hope i got em haha

    yea i didnt feel like odering that online and waiting for it.. mite suttf i bought seemed to work there were dead mites in the tubberwear container when i pulled him out

    The thing is you need to also kill the eggs and immature mites or the problem just keeps coming back... and back..... and back.

    yea but if i soaked everything in bleach wont it kill em.. i saoked him and sprayed him bout 3 times.... hope there all gone.. keep my fingers crossed

    they probably are all gone, but the eggs that are gonna hatch in a few days, are still kickin.

    the spray that you buy at the stores, only kill sub adults and adults. the babies and eggs
