1 Pound Tomatillo
1 White Onion
1 Jalepeno
6 cloves of garlic
1 bushel of cilantro
3 limes
1 Tablespoon Salt
Boil all but the cilantro and Limes, DO NOT LET THE TOMATILLOS POP!!!!!!!!!
The tomatillos will start turning soft at about the 5-7 min mark, so when they are soft to the touch, take everything off the heat, and put it in a blender with 1/4 cup of the liquid that you boiled it in.
Add the salt, add the cilantro, squeeze the limes, and blend away!!!!!
You can blend it more than I did, to make it thinner if you want, But I prefer the chunkiness (is that even a word?)
