too thin

hey guys, I think my ball python (the male) is too thin. I know that females are larger than males but his sister is redicialissely bigger than him.

The brother only ate small frozen mice and the sister was eating (bigger live mice). I switched the male to the same size live mice that the female eats. I was wondering, if the male doesn't start to gain weight fast could there be a probleme??

Im not saying that he has'nt grown at all since I got him beacause that would be false but there is a very big difference between him and his sister. But other than that he is in very good shape, nice sheds, feeds well, and is very friendly.

p.s. the reason why he hasn't always had the same meal as the famale is because he belonged to my sister before but one day she decided that she was affraid of snakes

If the sister was getting more food, then that's most likely the cause for the greater growth, in my opinion.
