    Helix Problem

Has anyone come across this problem?

My Helix lately if I keep the thermostat at 91-92 I can keep a steady temperature, but if i put it at 93-94 the temperature will fluctuate from 91-101.
Is this a fault in my Helix?
Do they warranty them, I have only had it for about 8 months.

I am running a four shelf rack with 4" belly heat

Helix has a great warranty. I think its like 7 years. Just go to helixcontrols.com and give them a e-mail or a call and they will make it right.

Rich, as Rick said, give them a call, and they can tell you if there is an internal problem, and if you should send it to them for repairs. That does sound fishy to me.

Justin- Any electronic can glitch. I had a Herpstat that glitched and Dion made it right. I had a Helix that glitched and Jeff made it right. Both are great instruments and both companies give great customer service
