    Twin/Genetics Question...

    Here is the idea...
ok, so all these twins showing up made me thin, ironically when im dead tired layin in bed lookin at the laptop....

so, if you were to breed a pied male, to a het pied female....
    get 4 eggs

if you got twins in one egg, what are the chances that
they both get the het gene, or one does, the other doesnt.

    or
one twin turns out to be a pied, the other doesnt... is there any chance of this?

hope it makes sense... i just woke up ahha

    Re: Twin/Genetics Question...

In short, yes, you can have two different morphs( or a normal and pied) in one egg. I remember one of the bigger breeders getting a bee and a killer bee in one egg.

Yes, because two offspring could come from two sperm.
