    tub size

what size tub do I use for a ball over 1200 grams. Here we have a store Dollar General and the 35 quart sterilite tubs are only $6 I know this is cheaper than lowe's.

    Re: tub size

32 qt should work fine! Is the ball a male or female? A male will do fine in that size tub for a lot longer than a female. Adult Females tend to pack on the grams a lot quicker than adult males. I would guess this is probably so the female can get her body back into a condition that will allow her to safely lay eggs the following year as in the wild they don't have a breeder deciding to keep them out of a breeding cycle when they don't get back to ideal weights after a year.
