    retic feeding

i've seen alot of videos on youtube where people are feeding their retics in cage. Is this ok to do? I do this with my ball pythons, but not my boas.

    Re: retic feeding

Sure. I have always fed my snakes in their enclosures unless they are on loose substrate.

It is a common misconception that feeding inside the cage will make the snake "more aggressive" or more likely to bite. This is not the case.....a normally calm snake is not going to become more likely to bite because of where it is fed. They bite for 2 reasons....they smell food or they feel threatened.

definitely beatuiful! i'm picking up a purple albino from coldbloodedaddiction. By far i would have to say, beyond all the ball python morphs, that retic blew me away.
