Quick Question
Hello everyone,
Those that been there and gave me great info thanks so much I have finally fixed that humidity issue. Now I have a question that maybe is different for every snake.
I finally decided to feed my ball an adult mouse cause people on here said that for his size he should be able to handle it.
So I did!! and yes he ate that guy right up its on youtube.com/thedigi1 in case you wanna see the action
Now before when I fed him pinkies and fuzzies he would go in his habitat and roam around. I figured that he was still hungry so thats why I wanted to know if he should get fed a adult mouse.
Well he did last night and since then he has not moved! Is that normal behavior? I've check on him and yes he is breathing so again is he just trying to digest his food? And when can I pick him up again?
thanks so much

Re: Quick Question
Leave him completely alone for at least 48 hours, and you should be good to go.

Re: Quick Question
Its not uncommon for a snake to stay in its hide for a day or two after a good sized meal. He was likely roaming around for more food when you were feeding him pinkies because they are very small even for a hatchling bp. You should be good with adult mice or rat pups if you wanted to feed rats.
